Holtby is a class act, was quality for Schalke 04, should have been given more of a chance at Spurs and then at Fulham was one of their only good players

Holtby would be very good addition. Far better than the likes of O'Neill and Carroll anyway. As for people saying Granero was "world class" i think you're a bit off the mark there too.... I've been very pro Granero but never referred wo him in such elevated regard and dont recall anyone else doing so either.

Bear in mind people were praising Granero in the PL and barton's apparent redemption came in the champ. We'll see how good joey looks after a few months chasing round after yaya toure and co.

And yeah obviously holtby would be an excellent signing for us, one of the best players we're been plausibly linked to.
