Perhaps he's going to the fools
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

Deeney: 84 in 286 games in League 1 & Championship. No international caps. He's 26
Sigborsson: 39 in 91 games in top league Holland and 15 in 23 games for Iceland. He's 24. Won 3 league titles.

Yeh, let's get Troy over Kolbeinn if all true obviously!

On numbers alone, it's a clear choice.

              Has Harry learnt nothing???
All on here would be happy with Rav & Deeney but instead it`s the same old story of old OLD boys.
I`m not saying Harry`s job is easy but why the same old names all the time?
There are some cracking players out there who would jump at the chance of joining us.
It`s not like we were set up last season for promotion to need a couple of signings when promoted.
The club is becoming like a revolving door every transfer window, but as we need a load of players surely we should have signed more than Rio by now??

Hope it's all paper talk being linked to those 3,crouch & van Der vaart are well past their best & naughton is no improvement of what we have in squad already. We need some real quality to come in to stand any chance of staying up cos at the moment we are woefully short in doing so.

Can't believe people are turning their nose up at Van Der Vaart! He's a brilliant player and was very good under Harry at Spurs.

Crouch was just in there to fill the page I think, it even said, it's unlikely. Naughton, I've not seen much of, but don't really rate him.

Deeney for 6 million, not for me. Didn't set the world on fire at Walsall but he's done well at Watford, but Watford create a bucket load of chances so not really sure how good his conversion rate is? 6 million is a lot of money for someone who's never played at this level, when we could have signed Ba for 4.7 million, although wages would have been higher. I wouldn't be disappointed if we signed him, but if he failed, we'd be sure to make a loss when selling him.

I'd like to sign a striker with pace though, something we're crying out for! Charlie isn't quick and Bobby, well the less said the better. We've been linked with Sigthorsson and Deeney and neither of them are quick either. All are biggish lads. Any chance in Liverpool pulling out of the Remy deal, please!

Quick word on Rav. Did I miss this genius in the Championship? Thought he was decent in spells but more often than not he was bang average.

Top league in Holland not 'Top league'.

Agree with you, but think Van Der Vaart is past his best, was quality at Spurs but they sold at the right time, just see him as another Niko now.
I know what you`re saying about Deeney but think he`s would be the type to give his all, and that`s cool with me.
On Rav (don`t shout at me) but IF Taarabt`s coming back i`ll be happy coz I think he`s much better.
Would love to keep Remy but only if he had some sort of personality transplant (i know it shouldn`t really matter) but I find it really disrespectful to QPR the whole "big boy`s come and get me" attitude. So starting to wish we`d just get shot and put an end to it all, at least we can look for a replacement sooner and not on deadline day.
