    Leipzig booked

    Well we have finally managed to book the trip to see QPR next Saturday against Red Bull Leipzig and to say it was not easy is an understatement

    For those who are still looking to go the cheapest and quickest way we found was the following

    Heathrow to Paris next Friday leaving at 4pm
    Paris to Leipzig Friday evening arriving at 22.50pm
    Night in Leipzig
    Train to Gera Saturday morning
    Night in Gera
    Train to Leipzig Sunday morning
    Flight to Amsterdam Sunday afernoon
    Flight from Amsterdam to Heathrow arriving home 4pm

          Was all set to mate but Mrs Isleworth has scuppered it and insisted I attend a surprise 60th Birthday do in Somerset for her brother so I have lost my flight money

                          Wow! thats a trek, fair play! was Berlin not a decent flight option? less than 3 hrs on the train to Gera

                              We did look at going via Berlin but to be honest it was pretty pricy going from Heathrow and as the train website said it was about 2 hours 40 minutes to Gera it would have been a mad rush for a 2.30 kick off if we went Ssturday morning so decided to just get to Leopzig itself and then go to Gera from there
