If that clause in his contract is right, that'll cost them £20m and that's to rich for their blood.

The article also makes it clear they won't be following their inquiry because of this very reason.

£20m? I thought it was £15m for clubs outside the top 6?

Anyway, bless them for trying. They may be able to splash out on the fee but Remy would have to take a drop in wages to sign for them, something that isn't going to happen.

I think we may keep him, my only worry would be Liverpool and Spurs. I can't see anyone buying him outside the top 6, Arsenal seem to have given up. City and Chelsea aren't interested and Everton can't afford him.

I'm not sure if Liverpool are interested but they do need a striker, hopefully Bony. As for Spurs, that's my massive worry.

Add to that they won't be playing Champions league in his lifetime and I reckon they were never even in with a gnat's chaff of a chance

No chance he'll go to West Ham.

Personally think Spurs will fork out the dough for him. They spunked £26m on Soldado's transfer fee alone. £11m fee + £4m wages per year is good business for them!!

West Ham have stolen enough good players from us over the years. They can **** right off.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

Why does everybody think he might go to Tottenham. He has said that he is really only interested in a Champions League team, I think otherwise he will stay here.

It is surprising that there has been no mention of any overseas teams being interested.
