Any tips for Match Day Mascot?

My son is going to be a mascot for the opening league game of the season v Hull. Any tips to ensure he gets the most out of the day?

Has anyone else had one of their dustbins as a mascot? How did it go what can my youngster expect?

    Not yet.

Emailed the club a few seasons back as my boy was asking me about it, but the waiting list was ridiculous.

Was thinking about doing it this season though as he's getting on my case about it now.

Let us know how you get on.

Hope he has a great day

My Son had the pleasure twice.
First time, 2004, I paid for it under a match sponsorship deal they did at the time.
£250 for Mascot, Full Kit, and a 3 course meal for 4 in Exec Box - Bargain tbh.
Second time, 2007, club called to say he'd been drawn out of the hat for Junior R's.

Both times were brilliant. Club do a great job. Even though it's filtered down a little these days by having so many little cherubs (almost as many as players !)

My only tip, is to sharpen his studs down to a point and get him to stamp on the Hull Captains feet during the coin toss !

      Seriously - Enjoy the experience.
