Helps that they actually seemed to have a coherant plan about what they wanted to do, a plan that very almost worked.

It helps not having a fool manager who thinks Rooney and Welbeck are wingers.
Supporting QPR isn't just about a football team. It's about roots and identity.

It's really embarrassing to see how s hit we are at international football and the basics when you watch how accomplished, organised, confident and forward thinking countries such as Iran, Ghana, Costa Rica, Chile etc are when they have a fraction of the talent to choose from and no recognisable national leagues

Yes we may not be the most technical and gifted of the sides in the WC but there is no excuse for not being the best drilled and tactically aware to make up for our deficiencies but we not only lack from out and out ability but even lag behind on the basics such as shape etc

I cannot see anything changing soon, we will continue to qualify for tournaments by bullying the also rans in Europe only to get taught a lesson everytime we play battle hardened and organised international sides

Does anyone remember when they played QPR? I just remember our mascot jumping up and down on their flag! Yesterday was Iran's world cup final, so fair play to them for giving it their all.
