Keepers do tend to play a lot longer.

Keepers have a longer shelf life than outfield players. Not that old for a keeper....Friedel was about forty when he lost his place to Lloris at Spurs.

Think he'd be a good signing on a 2 year deal and back up to green.

Brian Murphy will never cut it in my opinion. Forde would be decent back-up and I doubt he'd complain about being on the bench in the PL.

Would be much more comfortable with Forde as backup than Murphy.

When we've already got two that age already!

Keepers like Westwood and Gordon are out there, I know some Millwall thugs and they don't rate him.
                Kept the faith!

He's not a back-up keeper and anyway, Palace will renew his contract.
