The prem is tough, was just dissapointed we played so negatively in the championship with a decent looking team (on paper).
Would be more than happy watching that style in a league where we are favourites to go down(prem) and not up (championship).

I suspect the above has already been posted on another thread, but I think it needs to be discussed.

Tony wants to bring in younger players, which I agree with. However he states that Harry makes the final decision.

However Harry wants to stick with bringing in players, he knows and trusts. This seems to mean older, slower players.

I really don't think this is going to work, and unless we take a gamble on some younger players, who come for a reasonable price and do not get paid too much, I can see us having all sorts of problems in the premiership.

I know it is early but so far no younger players seem to have been mentioned regarding QPR.

Those type of players dont exist if you want to sign home-grown talent because their value is always over-inflated. Therefore you always need to look abroad for them.

Mate I agree, def need some youngsters to compliment some more experienced heads. But would't worry yet as Its the beginning of June. Think the board are keen for youthful additions and harry's hand will be forced towards that direction as well as a few seasoned pro's.
Have full faith in tf and co this time and believe same mistakes wont be made as last time.

The problem as I see it is that Harry is not looking beyond this season. His aim is to keep the club in the Premier and then retire for good. After that, it will not be his business. So, he will definitely not gamble with unproven players in the Premier. He will go for experience, meaning more 30+ players!

Managers very rarely get time to plan for the future, leave a legacy. Even Fergie left Moyes with an ageing squad, who IMHO stood no chance of reaching the CL never mind retaining the title so I make Martinmalta right.

christ on a bike , i hope your wrong mate, my season ticket has just gone up by 200 quid i will be expecting some good football just on the back of that!
