The Pelican! I see he has been suspended 3 years for match mixing. Sounds about right for a Paladini signing.

Was just gonna see i cant see this lad would've been any worse than Will Keane or Maiga who were put in the main squad.

Sorry but many knew at the time he wouldn't be up to it. Posted it up back in the day. It isn't guesswork, you can tell an awful lot from the previous history, like an old motor ;) And these days it's all there online.

Funny thing is that agents promo videos which are supposed to big up the merchandise often don't stand up to scrutiny. His 'best of' was very mediocre.

Right, I see...so scouts are redundant now as all research can be done online. Youtube and a wiki page is all ya need. Can you let all the clubs know that their bloated scouting systems are no longer needed? could save them a lot of cash!

Shame, never even got to see him play. Suppose if he was any good, redknapp and the coaches would have realised in training.

Not necessarily for a young player. Prime example is Andros Townsend before he came to us. Danny Ings last season hit a mammoth 3 in 32...Tom Hitchcock was a similar punt and some posters werent happy we signed him given his poor previous record.

I'd be happy for the club to take more of these gambles. I think Dellatore came in at a time when we were desperate for a striker and some saw him as a potential saviour when in reality that was never the clubs intention.

I don't think we'll ever really know the clubs intention on this one....

Not really. He was deemed not good enough and having got their chnce it was clear they weren't either.....
