I was just wondering. I read that fulham had the option of buying lewis holtby for $8 mill. Is he in line for a recall or will he be cashed in?

Just to clarify I was talking about rangers budget. The first response made it sound like I was inquiring about fulham. I think holtby would be a great signing for the R's.

I reckon we will have 20 plus mill - plus if we can get 15 mill for granero, taarabt and Remy - 35 mill would be a very healthy budget IMO.
