My first ever membership was in 2011/12 and I started with loyalty points awarded from the membrship.
In 2012/13 when I renewed my membership, it was the same story as in 2011/12.
This season in the Championship, I was surprised I was awared loyalty points from my last two membships as well as from away games of I attended the previous season.
Now we are back to the Premier League, does that mean Loyalty points will re-start from zero again from the new membershp or will the club keep accumulating the previous loyalty points?
