    Expectations for new kit

    Tweet by Tony:

Bug day today launch of our kit with Nike. Big big deal for us. Kit not perfect as we haven't had enough time to give NIKE to source.

Doesnt look like the club have had much input into the kit design. Think we may have to put up with a sh*t kit for one season.

At least Tony understands that us fans have expectations and has already apologised for them.

Why do we always have $hit kits when we play in the Premier League?

If it's off the peg teamwear as feared, it'll be this.

Big white panel on the back.

He did say this as well when the deal was signed with Nike - apparently they have huge lead times so it meant the first kit wouldn't be perfect, plus no Dennis the Menace.

I hope it has proper wide hoops instead of that uninspiring zebra pattern.
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

How and why did I start supporting QPR in Estonia:

Its a little bit worrying that tweet but as long as the kit keeps most of our identity im sure we can live with it for one year.

                        "not enought time to source"
What the hell does that mean?
Have they had to use Tesco bags glued together?

The deal with nike is good for the club so I'll put up with any thing as long as it looks like blue and white hoops and i'm not bothered about away kits to be honest. The club needs to break even this year at least, Tony's not Vincent Tan he knows the importance of club history.

I heard that the first season kit is a Nike stock item and the team has no input on the matter. It seems pretty weird though. After the first season, the team has full control.
