General sale is only for those on QPR data base, they will not be sold to Derby fans, can't vouch for any bought and sold on by touts though.Comment

I hope you are all right, but:
1. We are not talking to the QPR Box Office on the phone. Do the people we are talking to even have access to our database?
2. Is there anything preventing anybody from going and creating an Online account with us right now? And then using it to buy tickets?
