Got two tickets in my basket, click Reassign to give another client reference number and nothing happens. Click Check Out and it tells me I have ordered more than I am entitled to and must click Reassign. Repeat forever. Been doing this since 10am. How much longer? It's 4:30am over here. The Online site is SH!T.

I've had that problem trying to book tickets in the past.... for a regular away match. In the end I had to log out and start again, it worked eventually, stick with it, you'll get there!Comment

Had that problem with a second transaction for two tickets after completion of the first purchase (we have 2 season tickets). Gave up in the end and phoned for the other two tickets!Comment

I logged on at about 9:30, went into the queue system about 10 minutes later. Finally got onto the seating plan at about 10:05 and managed to get 6 tickets without a problem.
Judging from here and Twitter, seems I'm in the lucky minority that didn't get any hassle!Comment

I never did get it to work Online. After waiting in the queue for another half hour just to login, I had the same problem - reassign would not work, so I could not buy two tickets. I had to phone to get them and by that time, after trying for two hours, could only get Cat 4. Same happened to me, simply just go 'back' order a further two tickets and click add to basket, an alert will come up and should let you reassign the tickets and delete the further two, then checkout ;)Comment
