QPR Box office farce

How farsical is our box office.
Yesterday loads of ST holders turned up and were sold tickets over the counter, and told that tickets will be posted out to them , Today our box office change their minds and the loads of ST holders who turned up today were told that they couldn't buy over the counter and all purchases had to be made online only, it' seem that not all ST holders are to be treated equally? Not sure what the policy is for members tomorrow but I'd check if your a member after tickets.
ONLY AT OUR TOTALLY UNORGANISED CLUB, COULD THIS FIASCO HAPPEN!!

I phoned them up today to ask a few questions and you can also book over the phone as well as online. They were taking bookings at the box office for a short while yesterday and then decided not to. But I'm pretty sure I remember seeing something either on their website or emails saying that they wouldn't take bookings on site so not sure why some managed it seems a bit daft because now it will upset a few people

They did ,so why people turned up to buy is a mystery, the box office should have refused to sell to everyone who turned up.

In all the dealings I have had with the box office they have been fine, ticketmaster however are clueless.

People would moan if the club gave tickets away and sent a car to pick you up.

We have 37,000 tickets everyone who has been the last few seasons will get one,either by season ticket,membership,or friends.

By the moaning on all the board from our die hard fans maybe our new stadium should hold 80,000 as demand for tickets is huge.

They never said you couldn't buy over the counter just said that if you did you wouldn't get your tickets and that they would be posted out, yesterday they sold loads of tickets over the counter to season ticket holders, and today changed their minds ? you can ring and they will post them to you, also know someone who did this and waited an hour for his call to be answered
