    Clint Hill Captain

I know I always bang on about the fella, but he once more proved himself a class act last night. Subbed for tactical reasons he stood in the dugout and never stopped encouraging and leading the team. At the end of the game he stood outside the dressing room and congratulated every player (and especially Yun who'd replaced him and could well replace him in the final). Then, when leading the players out for the lap of honour, he made sure every knew there was 'one more game to go' before we could celebrate..... I know it's what we expect from him, but he deserves full credit (especially when he'd been at fault for their goal).

Thought the timing of his substitution was a little odd so early in the second half......why not at half time?

Top pro by the way and agree with your post.

Great post, Clint is a fantastic Captain!

I think he insisted on being subbed. He wanted Yun to come on. If that happens to be true it makes him even greater as a leader, IMO.
              Top man, Clint Hill.

Clint is a proper legend. Great Captain and loves the club. Onuha (the next Captain IMO) will have learnt loads from him.
