    Train tickets to Wigan

If we stay where we are i.e. 4th & we play them
Tickets up on the train on the Friday from london back Saturday are about £60 at the mo
Would they go down in price ?
That's a bit steep, might have to drive up considering will need a room and beer money.
Any other routes considered on the train ?

I think the last train from Wigan to London leaves at 9.10pm that night.

Plenty of options if you want to gamble and book now. Your best bet is to book with London Midland.

Tickets available for £16.00 return from Euston to Crewe and the cost of a return from Crewe to Wigan is £18.50 so only £34.50 return going on Friday and back on Saturday.

      London Midland train times are:

08.46 from Euston, arrives at Crewe 11.24 (£8.00)
09.46 from Euston, arrives at Crewe 12.24 (£11.00)
10.46 from Euston, arrives at Crewe 13.24 (£11.00)
11.46 from Euston, arrives at Crewe 14.24 (£8.00)
12.46 from Euston, arrives at Crewe 15.24 (£8.00)
13.46 from Euston, arrives at Crewe 16.24 (£8.00)

12.02 from Crewe, arrives at Euston 14.50 (£8.00)
13.02 from Crewe, arrives at Euston 15.50 (£8.00)
14.02 from Crewe, arrives at Euston 16.50 (£8.00)

I hate that Midlands train that runs from Crewe to Euston. It's stops everywhere. Almost three hours to do a journey that the Virgin train does in an hour and half. And the train is really uncomfortable. Pay the extra and travel by Virgin.
