Agree completely, Barton is the engine.without him were lacking, clever player that should be captain and capable of getting the best out of his team mates.we've had the players of diakates mentality, no disrespect to him but in my opinion football needs Joey love him or not.too many fairys in todays game.take a knock and give a knock or don't play.

What do you expect for a first 11 coining over a quarter of a million quid a week ? Not shots at goal or coherent defending surely ?
