Personally I'd arrange some sort of mutual termination if Harry gets us promoted. For me it's pretty clear his heart isn't in this job, remember last summer he was threatening to leave if he didn't get his way in the transfer market, I also think he looks disinterested in a lot of aspects of his day to day running of the club.

We are a team that has a lot of players out of contract in the summer, a large percentage of them at a stage in their career where it would be foolish to offer them a renewal. As such we will need a re-building job and with Harry in charge that means a huge pot of cash will be required. Personally I'd bring in a younger manager with experience developing younger players, somebody like Mackay would do the job for me. I'd also cap the wage structure and expenditure to a level that we could still afford if we only stayed up for 1 season and start building for the future more sensibly than we have tried to do in previous years.

I think Redknapp will walk at the end of the season anyway... IF we go up, I would get rid of him and install Laudrup

I would get rid but at the end of the day doesn't really matter who is in charge the board will still want high profile signings like last time

Again, the poll question states "assuming he'd want to stay on."

Feel free to abstain if you prefer guys

              No.

Proven in the Premier League to be a good manager. Some will say with money, I'm afraid that's the same with 95% of managers. This season was always gonna be ugly & only thing is to go up any which way. Those saying sack him will be the same ones saying what if he'd stayed & we should have given him one season. I've seen it on here countless times.

No, neither am I. Good Championship manager, yes, but yet to prove himself in the Prem! Di Matteo and Laudrup have done both.

Tough question and think you'd have to keep him another year, and make it clear no old players.

For me it would be pretty straightforward: no old players - no old manager.
Banning people is no longer my hobby,

If I were TF, I would never had invested so many millions of pounds into a football club I didn't even support, just to receive endless abuse from so many of said club's appreciative fans - puts it into a bot of perspective really.
So if I were TF and I had made the aforementioned crazy decision, I guess I would leave H in charge for getting me back to the land of milk and honey - but whatever decision I made, it couldn't make as little sense as the first one so I might just go and play with the traffic on runway 4 at LHR

If were were to start another prem campaign id love to see a young manager at the helm and given the money..
There's no point in keeping Harry next season. He'd build his team for one season and then we would be back to square one again with another manager the following season.
Only difference being he would inherit Redknapps team.. So would there be much point in keeping him for one more season.

Your recent posts are coming across somewhat very concerning. Maybe you should step down from your duties or get a holiday in.
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

if we go up i consider job is done,so let HR stay in charge. I know our football been awful most of the season, but it still would be stupid to sack Harry if we go up again.
Needles to say that, if we won't go up he really must go. Replace him with Eddie Howe
