Has the Hill & Dunne Partnership Flourished?

A break from the Harry threads!

So when Dunne signed for the club some people had their reservations, simply because of his ageing legs and injury problems, but over the course of the games played he has done well so far, but the question is has the defensive partnership now peaked? as some people say that they are getting slower as the season has progressed, due to the large number of games.

We are now leaking goals, has the partnership hit its highest and now in decline? or will they get back to being a solid pairing for the 15 match run in?

    Thoughts?

So what your saying is that one of the two will burn out before end of the season

Have seen every game bar Millwall away, Wigan away and Charlton at home and can't recall Clint having a single bad game. The only error he's made that cost us was Reading's second. We know he's no pace, but it really hasn't been a problem. All our problems are in front of the back four.

Yes and no mate. The problem for me is the amount of pressure our lack of goals places on the defence. Yes were conceding goals now but its not threes and fours in the main its the odd goal. So earlier in the season the lack of goals up top never hurt us as we only needed one to take the points and achieved that now were conceding regularly that one goal gets us a point and if we don't score we get turned over

If we had goals in us we could afford to let the one in as like Leicester or Burnl3y we would still score two or three at the other end and take the win. No goals = No prizes come the end of the season

But only one goal down to Clint. The Landlord's responsible for a couple. The Chief played his part in the goal on Saturday And goal wise Clint's scored more than Carroll, Jenas, Henry, Benayoun..... And the same number as AJ and Doyle. Go Clint!
