Please don't sack him until the end of the season. We will be the laughing stock of football again sacking another manager just because he's lost a few games. I'm not Redknapps biggest fan and I think he's made some terrible signings but this ain't the time. Even if a new manager is brought in what's he got to work with? Fernandes will panic and just get the biggest named manager out there. We should wait til the end of the season, these gash players will be out of contract or sent back to their parent clubs. Bring in Eddie Howe in the summer and let him build a team with a bit of dough.

Don't think it matters either way tbh. We aren't going up and we've missed the transfer window so only consideration is whether a new, younger manager cd do any serious preparation for next season.

Redknapp is a spent force now and we should be actively looking at moving him on in the summer, the once cheeky cockney chappie known for attacking swashbuckling football is a shadow of his former self, looking glum and uninterested this is mirrored by his teams performances this season.
HR done a good job steadying the ship after relegation but his 'right sort revolution' has ran out of legs and has struggled to compete against the better hungrier teams in the league.
I'm not expecting the performances to improve but hopefully Redknapp will get us enough wins to to secure us a play off place, although our form against the top 6 suggests the play offs will end in heartache.
TF really needs to get the next appointment right as barring a miracle HR will go down as a failure. So 3 seasons in,50 players and 3 managers later we are still waiting for a successful season under Fernandes ownership.

There will be no building until all the crap that Hughes and now HR have acquired are gone permanently.. Warning signs continued at the start of the season for me, when we were shipping out all the mercenaries out on loan rather than permanently. Harry bangs on about shifting the deadwood but he hasn't shifted it at all...
His moved it from one end of the compound to the other until its someone else's problem next season..

in fairness you can't off-load them permanently unless someone wants to take over the contract or you are prepared to buy it out which would be even more expensive. He can't really be blamed for that. What he can be blamed for is wasting even more in wages with large numbers of additional sub-standard players he has brought in and loaning out one or two players who might actually have got us up such as Adel.
