Mclaren is well respected as a coach and far better players than any of our current playing staff have stated his coaching sessions are both enjoyable and innovative. I honestly think Harry and the club would benefit from bringing in a specialist coach our current coaching staff is just not cutting it. As for the aptly named Wally i recently spoke to a fellow R's fan who claimed to be a family friend of Downes. He rekoned he's been told the coaching the first team is a complete joke. He claimed he was told Harry's rarely seen on the training pitch at Harlington and the other 2 clowns are barely capable of putting the cones out

That's very true . Wasn't suggesting it was his fault at all just don't get what he brings to the table as our defence have definatly taken a downward turn since his arrival . However they are old enough to not be told how to defend

The problem wasnt our defence yesterday. MOTM was a toss up between Dunne and Onuoha.
