As I said in another thread I think Harry will move on when we don't get promoted, I just remember too many mid season manager changes and they never seem to work! It's too late in the season to change now IMO, Harry isn't blameless but I just don't think anyone will come in at this point and turn things around with the number of matches left! Harry knows what he has and what he doesn't have here!

Would make more sense to give a new manager a chance to look at the dross we have at the moment, than come in blind at the end of the season.

You could describe Harry's management career as jammy. I don't want us ending up like Portsmouth.

He hasn't been brilliant everywhere he's been though, has he? He had a pretty awful stint at Southampton a few years back. I'm massively disappointed from what we've seen from Harry so far given the backing the board have given him. That said, I don't see the point of changing managers now. Let him see out the season and keep our fingers crossed that some of these loan signings improve after a few games to bed in!

Although still in a decent position in the league its does appear that this side is shot and will not improve any further under Rednapp. Decision for me therefore is do you bring someone in and hopefully get a little bit of resurgence which could hopefully see us through the play offs and worse case scenario if it don't they have two months to look at the squad and decide what is needed for next season
