Id just like to say "the one we wanted to keep" doesnt include me...

I said at the time he wasnt worth a long contract for 1 free kick and a couple of ok games in CM....

Didnt want him to sign main reason because i was content to wait for Rowlands to come back.
Cant believe it, ive been PWOPER MUGGED ORF...

Many on here, were saying what a great player he was and we should try and keep him.

I'm guessing they have simply forgot.

Swansea have only scored 3 goals in 7 games...there is hope for us yet!! Looks like PS is ruining the confidence of Swansea's attacking players just like he did ours.

Lopez did well for us last season I thought, although he wouldn't get in ahead of Rowlands, Faurlin, Watson, Legs or Buzz IMO

I weren't that bothered about him although better than Mahon. I would have kept him for that reason as he's not that bad, but now we have Watson I'm even happier.

Or perhaps they have moved on or are more worried about things that actually could have a massive effect on our club like the fact we are owned by a cheat (but possibly not for much longer).

            Just my opinion like....

i dont think anybody said he was great, just better than Buzz, Rowlands or Cook on crutches or Mahon and Legs fully fit and i dont think we'd signed Faurlin, or loaned Watson or Taraabt at that stage either.

No Haqpr, its you diverting it away from Paulo Sousa, because you now know I was right, but it would be too much to admit it.

Same old balls, about it being 7 games and selling his best players will be next, truth is Paulo Sousa great player, useless manager. He brought back trundle and that says it all

                  Average player.

Glad were not spending 14k a week wages on him.

Amazing, how I need to get a life??

I'm sure you would be the first one on the case, if he was doing well.

So, please don;t act all high and mighty.

At the time he was needed. Now we have a fit Rowlands, Watson and Faurlin so its a different story.

I'd only seen him play a few times so I can't say that I was disappointed that he went with Sousa.

                            Bang on mate.

He's not good enough to get in ahead of Watson, Buzz, Rowlands and even Faurlin who is a much better passer of the ball. Lopez is better than 'average' as some would say, but he's not suited enough to the English game. Decent enough, but we have more abled players available at this current moment in time.

Listen if you looked on this board there are some that think Taarabt is a forward and based on pre season Borrowdale would be more than good enough for us this season...

                              Opinions opinions..
