Do we really want morrison? I think the problem we have with the squad is too many loans.

What difference does it make if they are perm or loan?

Remember Warnock's views on this when he took us up?

Plus we're limited to the amount we can include in a matchday squad. Is it 6 or 7?...

A big difference, if we don't go up the loaned players won't really be affected why do you think Chaz and Matty were our best players.

There you go - makes the case even stronger for not going overboard with loans, plus as others say, the overall effect it can have on team-spirit.

I'd make an exception with this kid Morrison though as he could potentially be the difference in our fate this year.

You can't build a team around loan players.

The best thing Neil Warnock did when we came to QPR was to actually build a decent squad around Tarrabt. Loan players don't really care how well they do as they know they are going back to their clubs. Carroll is a prime example, anyone remember Bob Malcom and Ikeme?

Too many loans and short 1 year deals for over age players is what hampered this side IMO.

I do agree you shouldn't build a club around loan players as there's obviously a high chance they wont be with you for the long term.. but I don't think loan players care less. I actually think the opposite, they're always trying to impress whether it be the club they're at, other clubs or the club that loaned them out, just look at the Andros Townsend
                        SIR LESLIE FERDINAND!!

I can't believe people are questioning the signing of Morrison.

We're obviously overloaded with attacking midfielders who can beat one or two players and score goals!

At the beginning of this season it was being said how Morrison was about to be called up to the full England squad before he got injured...

Yes he has an attitude problem but a change or club and managament might just be what he needed...

Personally i am looking forward to welcoming him to Loftus Road

Problem is you either get this kid on loan or get no one. So I don't see why anyone would complain. We aren't exactly spoilt for choice. Matty Philips out long term and SWP out of favour, Hoilet not really cutting it...
