I've just done a bit of reading up and Marlon King is standing trial in Southwark Crown Court on 26th October 2009. He stands accused of sexual assualt and ABH, apparently having given a girl a broken nose in a Soho nightclub (not sure how the sexual assualt comes into it but there you go)!

All in all probably not the best time to be looking to sign this guy!
