Actually, I have to disagree. I wouldn't have gone if the game was in doubt. It's too far and I wasted £20 on petrol to no avail.

I left home at 4:30 p.m. yesterday afternoon. Picked up 3 pals in Oxford. Went to the Bengal Tandoori on the Uxbridge Road for a pre-match ruby.

Heard the game was off at 7:10 so went to watch the Manure game in O'Neils, then got a call from my Mrs at 10 to say she was in an ambulance on her way to Northampton Hospital A & E with my 2 y-o little girl with breathing difficulties.

90 mph all the way up the M40.

Panic over by the time I got there. waited 2 hours to see a doctor got home at 2 a.m.

What a night!!!!!!
