Hughes is at least versatile - can play right across the back four. As for replacing Charlie, no way will Doyle and/or the young United player be able to do that but it looks like Harry is going for a collection of average strikers in the hope that at least one of them pays off. Really hope I'm wrong and they pull a proper replacement out of the bag - but as we know, picking up 20 goal a season strikers for peanuts is hardly likely
