According to his brother... Would listen to the club who said they will listen to offers if a good offer came in. It's not down to players nowadays whether they want to move or not We put a good bid in and club accept then player might feel obliged to move to us

Make no mistake, it is always down to the player. The club can make it difficult for the player ie Mata but ultimately it is up to the player ie Cesar

If the club is saying i want to cash in on you then the player probably think fine i go. Regarding Cesar, is it up to him or is it because no other club is actually came in for him? Anyway look at Rooney. He doesnt want to leave Man Utd but they seem intent on getting rid of him
