I would take him good movement,quick and an eye for goal could well be another Rhodes given time and coaching.

In all honesty I thought he was average, despite scoring. Miss-controlled the ball on numerous occasions and generally didn't look all that.

That said, still scored & I suppose it could be argued that a good striker scores even when not playing too well.

£1.3m is peanuts in football transfer terms though and he looked worth that sum easily.

He definitely looked lively and would certainly be worth the £1.3mil of anyones money. Had a few chances, grabbed a goal, but for me he looked like there is still more work needed but would have been worth having and developing for the future

Well worth that money even as a back up striker I think it is another striker we missed out on for a real bargain price.
