Whether he signs or not the guy in the picture is either him or someone very much like him. It's the eyes, ears and mouth that are so similar to be more than a coincidence.

Think about it, lots of talk of Ntep, he was in the Grosvenor last night, and then this guy is seen with Fernandes ( who we know likes to involve himself in transfers) who looks very much like him must be some coincidence if it's not him!

Unless the deal is nailed on for Ntep then I doubt if uncle Tony would make it public just yet. In any case the fella in the pic is not Ntep unless he had a total facelift in the last couple of days.
