loads of individual talent doesn't make a team...name me one ballbreaker we have in the team........most of our players are too worried about looking good than getting stuck in.
If there is no fight then there is no team spirit.

as for flair.....pointless without end product.
if they have so much talent then confidence should not be an issue.
when i played myself,if i had a bad game one week i would put extra effort in the next.......not hard to do.

fair comment,but you dont hurt yourself by not going in.as for flair players they are a tool to create opportunities for our non producing strikers,unlike routledge that actually finishes
