How many of these so called terrible signings actually cost a fee? With little or no budget it is difficult to find hidden gems. Even the likes of Boyd, Kightly etc from Grays cost their new clubs money. If memory serves me right the likes of Nygaard, Paul Jones, Stewart, Lomas, Youssouf, Oliseh, Rehman, Timoska were all freebies.

I'm not defending GP for some obvious mistakes he's made but if i was given £100 to buy a car I'd struggle to buy a Bentley. Clearly since the takeover he's never been given a bottomless pit of money but has had to work within a tight budget. We have no proof whether he wanted to sign Iwelumo or Morrison last summer or not but he can't help it if his boss turns around and says sorry you have to sign De Carmine instead.

As we've seen with many of the recent signings, its not so much the fees, its the ridiculous salaries these players were signed on, and with some the associated agents fees.

****tu was not 2.25mill and Walton was only 750K if he scored a hatrick in a world cup final - 100K, where do you get 125K for Evatt from? Cook how much did we pay to get him back - net that off... Delaney got back what we paid..

what facts? bull**** ones that are being spun?

Given the sheer volume of signings, you can guarantee that there are 1 or 2 VERY happy agents out there.

                      I just made it up.

Green is good, black is OK, red is bad.

                      Simples.

I agree with you 100%, however we used to be a club who give players away for nothing, I mean in the dark days we all used to question why we never sold anyone, now they are on long term contracts we can start make some money.

Problem is now they are on high salaries and happy collecting every week and not thinking about their career as such, like me and you would.

Instead of going into one I'm trying to work out what's happened here, I feel that the club thought that if they offer our players good money, they may start to play football but thats not the case.

We all know that we have a squad of good players, there is a problem on the pitch and think these players are to be blamed mostly, not all the blame but at least 50%.

There is no excuse why QPR couldn't beat the like of Peterborough at home with our current squad, is Jim or the players to be blamed?

no-ones mentioned Jason Jarrett yet :(....

GP unwittingly created a QPR legend when he snapped JJ up
