Like Palace when they were flying with Zaha, now sold him and have the likes of Digachoi and Chamahk, or Arsenal prior to this season selling Van Persie and Fabregas and having no hope, etc etc. (Fill in 10,000 other examples here.)

All points aside, I doubt Blackburn are going to sell Rhodes at any price that our board is willing to OK.
So please just give the 'sell Remy' bit a rest (at least until some interview comes out where he says that he doesn't want to play for us)!

Erm, interviews are not necessary; hence why he is on loan at Newcastle. I don't give a flying if the reason he wanted to play in the PL was the forthcoming world cup, he didn't want to play for Rangers, end of. That is the sole reason why HR has said if the money gets offered he would sell him (albeit accepting its the Chairman's decision not his) as his approach, which I agree with 100% BTW, is that anyone who don't want to be a Ranger and fight the cause (all those prima donas that under performed in the PL then didn't stick around for this season) can naff orf.
So please don't say people are talking rubbish because the gaffer has pretty much already said it

The transfer window... I would have hoped that in December targets and weaknesses would have been identified and on the 1st the plans should have been out into action.

I know Harry loves transfer deadline car talk but I feel the earlier the business is done the better....

Think you have misunderstood me you complete utter mug! If you read what I'm saying I don't Remy to go at all!! In the thread started on Remy earlier I've already said how important it is to keep him if we get promoted and have any aspirations to stay in the premier league!!!
