The everton game, imo was always gonna happen. Everton are a top top side and much better than us. We still got the 3pts against donny didnt we? Isnt it a really good sign that we are not playing well and still winning games?
Its pretty clear most thought we would walk this league. Pretty arrogant view imo. Championship has always been a very very tough league.

We haven't played well all year and we are 3rd!! You ever thought we might start playing well and become even stronger!!
We have the best defence in the league that's not going to change!!we don't let many goals in just got to score a few more!! We lost to a class prem team it's not a problem!! We also lost to two good championship teams!!

Can't win every game we are in a hard league!!!

Very good post mate and I tend to agree with most, however it certainly isn't a 'tough league'.
The only thing tough are the massive amount of fixtures but from what I have seen there are plenty of very poor sides. Agree we haven't played well, infact we have been extremely poor at times and yet the sides we have played couldn't score an open goal. Some of the misses have been pub league standard, sheff wed missed hatfuls and Brighton missed some real sitters too. Everton only gave us a lesson because like most sides in the premier they're clinical. Everyone says we're better off with this squad but in terms of ability and taking out the defence and keeper from the facts we're infact worseif not on par with last season. Yes they work harder but we would still get stuffed every wk in the premier. So I don't like the way we pretend the championship is good because the standard is pretty low in general

Agree with the above - Its not a tough league at all.. its the fixture congestion with so many teams in it.

Standard wise, its shocking.. ive found myself nearly nodding off for a few mins every home game.. especially with the Carroll, passes to Barton, who passes to O'Neill who passes back to Barton who passes back to Carroll.. lol
