Sack Paladini, bring in a proper football man to do his job, FB to back off and leave him alone.
Lower the ticket prices.
Have regular Fans Forums with players and owners communicating with the supporters, trim the squad down, get a settled team playing without fear.
Stop hyping up the fans expectations, and then wonder why they're so impatient.

Admit mistakes. Get a top manager, support him, trust him.
Add some quality and stability, rather than quantity and turmoil.

That's not the point.When we were on the brink of going bust,down in League one,we were united,backs to the wall,QPR v the rest of the world.The players we had then were nowhere near as talented as the players we have now-but they were QPR players-would you prefer to have Gallen upfront now??Bircham in midfield??Players that would try their very best for QPR.
When i look at some of the overpaid prima donnas we have now sauntering off the pitch after yet another bore draw without bothering to acknowledge the fans,it breaks my heart.

Really is up to the club to make the necessary moves to fix things, as it is they who have brought about this state of affairs. It's only a question of how far they are prepared to let things slide before doing something. That attendance yesterday should be a big wake up call, but there'll be plenty more wake up calls of that type and even worse if they continue to ignore the problems.

Could not agree more. The passion is slowly be drained away and its definitely happening to me too.

From fans infighting with each other, to performances on the pitch, its not the same compared to even a few years ago. I find the place uncomfortable on a personal level, I put myself out there to be shot, but end of the day we all support the same team and when we lose, I'm absoultely gutted, coming out the ground I know I'll get some clever ****** having a verbal with me !!. I don't pick the team and am just as pished off as anyone else and slowly falling out of love with it all.
