Listening to the interview with Steve Gallen a couple of weeks back on the podcast, it seemed that he also is a little frustrated with the youth team not getting a chance.
He was very circumspect with his words, but it was evident that, despite the best crop of youngsters coming through, they are all out on loan, not getting a chance in our first team. As he said, Harry prefers to play those that he knows.Comment

Can agree with Harry's stance to a degree as in tried & tested but someone needs to remind him you can do that with 15 midfielders. With only 1 fit striker why was he allowed out on loan? Don't start me off with regards to Chevanton who left the club today. Ridiculous.

I don't understand why the likes of Hitchcock, Harriman, Ehmer and Petrasso aren't used in our matchday squads. All have done great out on loan and with the exception of Petrasso have impressed in the limited amount of game time they have been given in the first team.Listening to the interview with Steve Gallen a couple of weeks back on the podcast, it seemed that he also is a little frustrated with the youth team not getting a chance.

The situation at the moment with no fit strikers other than Austin is ridiculous, it's so obvious that we should recall Hitchcock. I can only think Harry must have a purchase or 2 in mind for January!Comment
