There are bound to be a few numskulls who do that but in the first place they will probably cancel each other out because even they won't be able to agree on what is the "shocking looking" badge and in the second place there won't be enough of them to make a difference anyway.

The key here is for all QPR fans to feel they are part of the process. The chances of the "everybody" group choosing a different badge from the "ST holders and members" group, who are already a huge part of the "everybody" group anyway, are miniscule.

If I remember rightly at one stage "the shocking looking badge" was winning as Brighton fans heard about it.

To be honest Deep , on twitter no one knows who`s Rangers or not , the club know by their database who is a ST ,who is a member ,who is on their ticket buying list , lets leave fans consultations to people who we know are true fans .
( i say this an an ex season ticket holder, who through shift work, cant justify the cost of a season ticket any more , and am now a member ,who goes as frequently as work ,family allows )

If there's enough voting being done by oppo fans to affect the outcome, it'll be all over social media, so will be very obvious.

Let's see how the club deal with it anyway, they'll be well aware of the possibility of hijack. Make it slightly awkward, ie registering beforehand and you'd cut out most of the mischief-makers.

I didn't say the idea was ridiculous now did I?

It needs to be as inclusive as possible to be fair, restrict it in any way and tons of QPR fans (regardless of what 1 person decides how 'true' they are) won't get a say. That's not fair either.

I would not have had it on my back if I did not like it ! I never liked the old one, and as for people saying it reminds them of Flavio there was plenty of people waving it about on the last game of the season against leeds when we went up.

i`m teasing Nuff , ive got the 70s shield .the 75 interlocking QPR and the 80s QPR (twice) tattooed on me .........
