  • No real surprises - We are average.

Striker and left back problem not addressed (again) in the window leaving us with an average team, playing average football against average sides achieving average results - no surprise at all.

Perhaps the rose-coloured spec wearers on here will stop all this "can't wait until the best midfield in the league thrash the posh 8-0 nonsense".

We are nothing special - just average because we've got an average Manager and average players.

We've already played some of the worst sides in the division - it will only get tougher from here. Anyone fancy our chances at the bridge? Think it may be a sterner test than the likes of the mighty Blackpool/Forest/Plymouth/Posh!

We've good good players but the problem looks to be team tactics. Apparently, JM needs to rediscover his players.

Not sure that being over-run/out-passed and not looking like scoring is all down to tactics.

If we only have a tight budget to play with come january, we should blow it all on a proven goalscorer, no more midfielders, no defenders, just a proven goalscorer. The team is crying out for a level-headed, ice cool, finisher.

Don't think you can make a judgement on Simpson after 1 game at home and 70 minutes away.

If he had scored in the last 5 minutes, everyone's attitude would be different. You cannot assess him until 5-6 games and as usual fans react to the moment.

Jay's played two games so far. From what I've seen there's no doubt he's a kid with a promising career ahead of him, no doubt about it at all, but he's not what Queen's Park Rangers need. We need to remember that goals win games, and get a proven goalscorer in as soon as possible, if we don't, even the play-offs are beyond our reach.

The most worrying thing for me yesturday was our inability to change tempo...we played at the same lumbering pace for the entire 90 mins!! Hardly created a single chance for the front two and how Hogan starts ahead of Buzz I will never know!

all those who thought Legs should/could play right back should think again because he really can't...

just need to play 11 players who are a team together and not play 11 individuals;and if that means leaving out big time charlies so be it
