I think Encrypted channels of Al-Jazeera Sport (+1 - +10 and HD1 - HD6) are only eligible in the Middle East and North Africa.

I can pickup Al Jazeera Sport hd1 to hd6 and i live on south coast of england. And yes I have seen the message along the bottom of the screen during premier league games, this broadcast is only licensed for viewers watching in middle east and north africa but doesn't stop me

If you have a Bet365 account that was made outside the UK, you can use that country's proxy to watch from UK. Bet365 show all the games on Sky, plus the chosen 3pm kick off. Or you can use someone else's account, multiple people can login to the same account.
