Austin V Rhodes

I have to say I was not impressed with Rhodes at all and am glad that we have Austin as he looks a better all round player. Perhaps Blackburns set up never done Rhodes any favours

Both were quite Saturday, dont think Rhodes really got any quality service , and Austin looked a yard off pace to me, he was up against two very strong centre backs, was very impressed with Hanley think he is a prem c/b in the making.

Never seen Rhodes play before but would have been happy for us to sign him due to reputation, not so sure now but hard to judge on one game, he obviously has better days but is that against poorer defences?

Not sure Rhodes really got any decent service to be fair to him. One thing is for sure though, he aint worth £8m !
