Well pleased with the Box Office

Got stuck in the Picadilly foul up Saturday and missed the game. Spoke to a decent chap in the box office this morning and he's sorted 2 free tickets for the Blackburn game.

TFL need to sort themselves out, well hacked off. Hundreds of Gooners made it even worse

Yes I was well chuffed, they didn't need to as it wasn't anything that they could do. Obviously they could check that me card wasn't used, certainly lessens the stress from Saturday

what happened Saturday, got to say that was a frightening experience, the tube was a shocker, everywhere was sardine like
I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble

A broken rail at Turnpike Lane apparently, kept us on the train for over an hour before deciding that they would suspend the service. Sent us one station down to Oakwood from Cockfosters and told us to make our own way.

A couple of months ago I wanted to move my son's season ticket so he could be next to me. I returned it in the post, and in the rush forgot to put a stamp on the envelope. Called the Box Office and they kindly said they would look out for it rather than refusing to accept it, and when I offered to pay them for the excess postage, they said no need to worry. Within a couple of days the new arrangement had been sorted. Well done!

How things have changed since TF took over. I forgot my season ticket about 6 years ago and had to pay for a new one and request a refund later, same thing happened 2 months ago and no problem just issued me a ticket for my seat.
