Just been on one of their forum sites, seems like a few of them have got tickets for other parts of the ground as they have sold out the allocation (top teir) they were given. Watch out for anyone wearing red that day!!!!

We talk of the same chap mate (well I guess so as there can't be that many late forties, overly fat veggies supporting Charlton from the Bexleyheath area) - anyone who forces his son to have the middle name Charlton is a bit loopy in my mind Having said that John is a proper gent and a great friend. I know/knew most of them over the years, obviously still knock about with JT and a few of the other 40 somethings associated. Got invited to join the trawl up the Thames but I have to be elsewhere in the morning so am missing the boat sadly. I reckon you and I probably know a good few of the same people and I actually wonder if you are the Ranger I see at the Teviot football festival each year?

Yep John is a long standing friend as well as SC and RW. I am not the Rangers fan at Teviot though, but it is quite scary how many QPR Fans John does know. Where you at his wedding or at his wife's 40th biirthday bash, if so then we will probably have been introduced. Shame you cant make the boat trip, apparently the last one to Fulham was an experience!

Missed the wedding but was at the golf club for the 40th. Spent a while catching up (or looking up) with Big Dave R. and also MG (another R's fan that John knows!). When you see him Saturday morning tell him Colin said hi and sorry I couldn't join you.

Remember in our promotion season in 83 you could walk from the seats behind the goal to the humungous side terrace to meet and greet the Charlton chaps which was very bizarre and duly accepted!
