reports tonight that if he gets done over the F1 piquet crash scandal that he will automatically be forced to resign as an owner/director of QPR.

Looking at the leaked evidence he is guilty as charged.

Could have massive implications for us..remember he owns the vast majority of all things QPR..the VAST majority

I read the whole detail in the Times today, i cannot see there being enough evidence to say that beyond reasonable doubt it was a conspiracy. Unless they have radio telemetry or written proof it would never stand up.

who knows. leaks are showing piquet didnt lift off the throttle and did crash on purpose...methinks there are MANY that want Flavio out of F1...

well that is 100% true. The throttle shows that he actually accelerated out of the bend so the telemetry will look really odd, but, Flav and co can say it was driver error, if theres no 100 % proof it aint gonna stick.

It is really delicate, my guess is that it will not be proved and hopefully he continues to run Renault and enjoys F1.

I'm not so convinced the Mittals would take over and it could potentially be devastating for the club. Any legal action is way off, even though an extraordinary meeting is taking place a week Monday.

An F1 car is an upside down airplane which also has its own black box, this should record everything that takes place including radio talk between driver and pit lane, why is this talking so long if true, everything they need should be there?
