Other forums are much quieter than this one. Their threads, as far as I see, are much, much shorter. Not606 is a bit of a private members club..... I guess if some fans only sing when they're winning we tend to post (more) when we're losing.... If the forum's talked down it'll go down.

The halcyon(copyright the silly essex sausage ;)) days were because the board had a touch of everything. The characters were warned and moderated off, the PC brigade took charge. Insightful intelligent posters such as Sir Pie Chucker, Nodge got fed up with the bickering, the rumours were so pathetic they were funny and love or hate him QblockPete courted controversy which sparked lots of debate and opinion.he was clearly paladinis mouthpiece which some lapped up and some used to pull him apart about it. Add the tragic loss of Bennyboy, the disappearance of legends like haqpr63,clunge,ric roc, ray reardon, terryball, Leigh's and even the odious Scott Jones and you can see that this board will never reach them dizzy heights again. Shame but things change, you know you're board is ****ed when Matty is seen to be funny ;)
