      That expires in Jan AFAIK.

      OT: If we do flog him then I hope it's for an inflated Carroll-esque fee...... and we go and do what we should have done a while ago - Sign Jordan Rhodes.

        I cannot understand the logic about Remy. If we go up. it is very likely that we will strengthen the team. One area that will surely needs strengthening is the strikers options. We currently have Austin who is doing well; Chevanton may not be here for long and maybe some of the young kids who will not be ready for the Premier. I am excluding BZ and AJ as I doubt they have long future with the club. So how can we let Remy leave if he ends up proving that he is Premier class is a mystery.

            OK thanks, good news if so. Not sure how it will work out with his court case tho. If that is done and dusted by Jan then presumably Newcastle cd still pay £8m for him in the Jan window, unless I'm missing something as usual?
