At an away game last season a player came and gave a child his shirt before sombrero man quickly snatched it away and ran. There was a furious dad chasing him last thing I saw .... Doesn't seem like a nice man

around 30 yrs ago i was a steward at QPR , we'd meet in the ellersie rd stand a few hours before kick off. u would get more money for working the turnstile and you could watch the second half. i used to sit by the side of the goal at the away end . i remember once cheering when we scored and some arsenal fan spitting in the back of my head . i turned round not knowing which one had spat on me. one of them was giving me more abuse than the others so i chose him to be thrown out. in those days all the stewards were home supporters and knew a lot of the fans and it used to run smoothly. i'd love the club to go back to giving jobs to fans. i've had trouble with security last season and got smart comments on here because i dont want to be searched entering the ground by some aggressive security idiot

NO WAY is this Ben. He's absolutely top drawer, and would GIVE the shirt to the kid, rather than take it for himself.Originally posted by QPR17 View PostAt an away game last season a player came and gave a child his shirt before sombrero man quickly snatched it away and ran. He's good pals with some of the first team squad and regularly gets stuff signed for people. You are either muddling him with someone else or you're making it all up.
Either way, not nice........ maybe re-read the thread and see if you think it's one and the same bloke.

More like wellies. Knee deep in a sour smelling concoction of watered down Stella and urine in places.Originally posted by Adel View Postaha I've met the shoeless guy pre game in the springbok, nice fella although I'm not sure i'd wade into the bok toilets without shoes on
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

I'm not making it up and I know who you are talking about. It was Arsenal away I think I was sat 3 rows behind him and I know what I saw thank you very much.Originally posted by qprdad View PostNO WAY is this Ben.
