Clearance should not be a problem as he has a Spanish passport.

            From the offish

Javier Chevanton could also make his QPR bow against Boro’ if the club receives international clearance in time, and Redknapp is excited about the prospect of introducing the Uruguayan into his ranks.

Apparently he appeared to be unfit and lethargic until he received a packet of sugar from his mum in Uruguay. He sprinkled it on his cornflakes during the players breakfast and he literally came alive. Overhead kicks, dribbling skills to make Adel weep, you name it.

                In at the deep end.

Fulham is a typically diverse London area with something for everyone - from the hustle and bustle of North End Road Market, to the refined chicness of the iconic Fulham Road. It boasts superb pubs and restaurants, two Premier League football clubs and excellent transport links.

I think International clearance is not about passports, but whether a player is serving a ban and perhaps other club and respective FA issues.

Usually, these are straightforward and quick, so I would guess that it has been received by now.

Must have been something in that 'sugar'

If he has a Spanish passport he shouldn't need clearance.

As stated above nothing to do with visas, but clearance from the FA.

I think Harry said at his press conference that he might figure at some stage on Saturday.

Harry will gamble and start him tomorrow because he has no other choices and the game is home.
