Give yourself a night off, comparing him with Lita is stretching it even by your standards. One has played for some of the better sides in Europe, averages pretty much a goal every other game and is a full international the other has largely played in the second tier of English football hasn't managed a goal every three games and never delivered on a consistent basis hence he rarely plays more than 20 games a season.

The very fact you think he is a bad signing is good news for me as you are pretty much wrong about everything else.

It gets us to the January window when we can buy a striker to replace him if he doesn't cut the mustard? Maybe the carrot has been dangled - do a good job 'till then and you get a proper contract? Just a couple of possible options
