Fascinating interview on the Rs. Apparently players were encouraged to text Tony and Phil Beard with their opinions about each game and asked to share their thoughts on the club and the manager.... I assume that was during Warnock's time. The divisions in the dressing room were such that Dyer jokes that it make it easier for him to retire.....Holy sh1t.
